The "XPath Search" feature is only available for xml based files that can be parsed. This feature is useful for determining the exact XPath to use in your code. If your XPath is valid when you click ok, a result window will appear and display the XML for the selected node.

This feature will decrease the amount of time you spend debugging code trying to get the correct node using XPath.
